Job Description

                    According to the PMC production plan, prepare tooling fixtures and related technical documents, and complete
 the first piece production according to the first piece production process.
• Execute product quality standards to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.
• Conduct line inspections to ensure that the injection molding machine operates according to the quota cycle to
 achieve production capacity.
• If abnormalities are found during inspections, resolve them promptly.
• Conduct machine setup operations according to the Standard Process Parameters for injection molding,
 ensuring that products that meet customer quality standards are manufactured.
• According to the production schedule issued by PMC, confirm the quality of mold maintenance in advance.
• According to the Mold Maintenance Specification, supervise and cooperate with the mold maintenance to ensure
 the normal operation of the mold.
