As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by driving process optimization, improving productivity, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement engineering solutions, and contribute to Nexperia's manufacturing excellence journey.
What You Need to Do
Support daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drive yield, productivity, cycle time, and equipment performance improvements.
Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and manufacturing challenges, and implement corrective actions.
