Days. But can be asked to come in on an off shift or work overtime, if the business dictates it to be necessary

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to ensure that the manufacturing process is correctly created prior to product launch
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting on equipment and use the 5Y and 8D processes to ensure that the issue doesn’t repeat itself
• Create standardized work instructions and train production personnel on new processes
• Complete APQP‑related activities and develop PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and operator instructions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a facility that has injection moulding processes
