Direct and coordinate engineering through subordinate engineers and technicians to meet production goals consistent with cost, high quality, profitability, and required delivery times. Interact with the New Product Development process to generate processes and implement plans for new products. Responsibilities Manage the workload of subordinates, engineers, and technicians. Establish and monitor operational goals, objectives, and indicators for the work team to achieve the organization's goals and strategies. Participate in trend and management planning meetings.
