Key Responsibilities and Main Activities

• Make requirements for the necessary tools for new products.
• Evaluate and certify new processes and equipment.
• Develop documentation for new products.
• Review and verify actual standards and system.
• Support the production department.
• Work with other departments to develop and implement improvements to processes and systems.
• Analyze data for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Participate in plant layout.
• Provide information on the manufacture of new products and assist with their introduction to the facility.
• Respond to RFQ’s.
• Review unique customer requirements to determine feasibility and capability.
• Generate bills of materials and manage the cutting ticket system.
