Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Main Responsibility:

1. Responsible for process engineering team management, staff guidance and development, performance assessment, incentive, etc

2. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex production issues related to process, tooling and equipment

3. Identifying, lead, and champion continuous improvement initiatives

4. Act as the manufacturing leader for new products or localization projects, ensuring product realization with reasonable cost

5. Analyze production data, downtime reports, and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

6. Support R&D new products development

7. Support technical and manufacturing related training for all staff.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related, foreign company working experience is preferred
