Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Manufacturing & Engineering Manager.

What You’ll Do

Authority: Approve requisitions of manufacturing equipment, stop production and manufacturing processes if it represents a risk in our plant, participate on internal and external auditories.

Job Summary

This position is accountable of lead and develop the manufacturing and process engineering functions in this plant. Work on line balancing according to business necessities, transfer manufacturing processes, implement lean manufacturing and six sigma standars to reduce cost across the plant and drive operational excellence, support business growth, and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
