**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Staff - Level 4 for the C‑130J Production & Flight Line team which is responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes across the assembly line, machine centers, and fabrication departments.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineering Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for creating efficient build procedures, guiding continuous‑improvement projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Design manufacturing processes, layouts, and equipment installations to maximize efficiency and meet production requirements.
