Manufacturing Engineer/NPI

Responsibilities

• Engineering interpretation, to give the correct support to production.
• Process Development for new parts.
• Development of Flat pattern and CAD drawings.
• How to create and run a prototype.
• Create a submit presentation.
• Planning changes to make route change and SMI'S of rework.
• Change on the F/P with a pink slip procedure.
• Support on interpretation of measurements special requirements, and determine the measures necessary to buy off the part
• Create visual instructions.
• Add to the planning manufacturing instructions (AS400)
• Disposition of non-conforming parts.
• Basic knowledge about tools,(functions). Support on Manufacturing Tools use.
• Create the TRD form.
• Determine root cause of the defect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical Eng, Aerospace Eng, Industrial Eng. or related areas required.
