Brief Role Description

To Investigate, plan and coordinate the development, testing and introduction of process materials. Investigate, plan and coordinate processes relating to manufacturing of facilities, purchasing of equipment and products. Arrange, plan and coordinate the introduction of new product models. Initiate the introduction process changes on specific models. Maintain and assist production teams in the development of Work Instructions and Standards operation sheets. Identify improvement opportunities with regard to processes or materials

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Examining, analysing and assessing ECR’s as issues in AVON and provide reports on the feasibility and investment requirements to introduce the ECR; and manage successful implementation in Production.
