**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE):**
+ Support implementation of factory operating systems. Ensure performance management systems and tools are in place and drive sustainable results.
+ **Total Performance Management:**
+ Support compliance with performance measurement standards and tools. Drive CAP‑Do cycles for all KPIs and support scorecards and performance tools to help managers improve results.
+ **Manufacturing Standards:**
+ Manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing standards—including MR in SAP—asset usage, and capacity data in CST. Ensure optimal use of capacity data for planning and investments.
+ **Learning Organization:**
+ Capture and retain learning opportunities from problem‑solving and improvement activities. Drive benchmarking and proactively network within and outside the market.
