Manufacturing Excellence Support Staff

This role is a hands-on contributor to operational excellence, bridging data, systems, and shop-floor execution. The position partners closely with the Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to translate improvement ideas into measurable and sustainable results through strong data discipline, system optimization, and continuous monitoring of manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Excellence Engineer in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze production, manpower, and equipment performance data.
• Support the implementation, usage, and compliance of Time and Motion Studies and production tracking tools.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and digitization of manual manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented improvement solutions, ensuring sustainability of actions.
