Manufacturing / Extrusion Operative

Kinetic Manchester are recruiting a Manufacturing / Extrusion Operative to work for one of our clients based in Blackley.

You will be working 0600 - 1400 AND 1400 - 2200 rotating weekly so you must be able to work both. Please note, a DBS check will be completed upon offer. As one of the Cable Making / Extrusion Operative, you will be tasked with: * Ensuring that the line remains operational during the shift * Making minor machine adjustments to ensure the effectiveness of the plant equipment * Maintaining the quality of the product * Identify manufacturing compliance problems * Operate production machinery as per SOP and Process Specification * Complete production sheets e.g. production figures, down time and scrap * Carry out 5S duties * Complete the initial investigations in order to solve...
