Manufacturing Facility Technician

Title: Manufacturing Facilities Technician
Location: Quincy, MA area
Hours / Schedule: Mon-Fri; 6am-2:30pm (with occasional OT available)
Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities
+ Working under the direction and supervision of others, perform routine inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair on any of the following operating systems: Fire Suppression Systems, Comfort Heating / Cooling HVAC, Process HVAC, Steam systems, Plumbing systems, buildings, and grounds.
+ On Call response to Plant Fire Alarms, and other emergencies related to facilities systems.
+ Perform Fire Suppression Systems inspections and tests. Document results and coordinate repairs as needed.
+ Read work orders or blueprint drawings or P&ID's to understand the issue and to determine required repairs
