MANUFACTURING GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description

• Full administration and direction of the day to day business affairs of the Corporation
• General supervision and management of the business affairs and property of the Corporation
• To represent the Corporation in all functions and proceedings

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must know how to speak and write English, Mandarin and Japanese Language
• 7 to 10 years experience as General Manager
• Basic knowledge at PC operation and software including JOE, Word, Excel and Flex
• Basic knowledge of planning and scheduling functions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Ability to work with extremely confidential information/evaluations and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate action as necessary on productivity, utilization, scrap, safety and personnel related issue
