Manufacturing general site manager (syspro erp)

Manufacturing General Site Manager (Syspro ERP), Benoni, Rneg + ben Qualifications Qualification in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or Business Management. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment , including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Demonstrated experience managing a highly mechanised plant with responsibility for production, maintenance, quality and operational performance. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimisation principles. Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, production planning and cost management. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Syspro or a similar ERP system. Working knowledge of South African labour legislation, health and safety requirements, and environmental compliance standards.
