Ensure standardization between each line and control industrial indicators.Continual analysis and improvement of assembly and manufacturing techniques through benchmarking, eliminating waste and any potential customer product quality issues, and meeting the recommendations of any Health and Safety / Environmental / Energy risk assessments & impacts.Develop layouts/project plans, procurement and/or design of tooling/jigs/fixtures, sourcing cost‐effective external services, and lead implementation of such projects.Demonstrate productivity / material improvement through these actions (efficiency of assembly/manufacturing processes: KE, WIP, PLT, lost times, unidentified times, hours per unit, number of modification requests...
