**- Bachelor's (or Master's) or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.
- +5 of proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment or similar position.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, and other relevant technologies, Oracle is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Lean and Six Sigma practices for efficiency and waste reduction.
