Job Description

Job Overview
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, as the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician you will maintain production and quality by ensuring mechanical and electrical operation of manufacturing machinery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensuring operation and unplanned downtime of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements liaising with Manufacturing and/or Production Manager. 
Fixing equipment, such as motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, coupling and motor alignment, roller chain and sprocket alignment, conveyor systems, computer systems, and production machines. 
Removing, repairing, and replacing defective parts by dismantling devices using tools as required. Locating sources of problems by observing mechanical and/or electrical devices in operation.
