Job Description
A well-established bespoke engineering industrial manufacturer is entering a new phase of growth, with production volumes increasing and a clear focus on safety, efficiency and cross-functional alignment. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the next stage of this evolution.

This role will suit a hands-on manufacturing leader who can engage an experienced workforce, strengthen planning rhythms with internal stakeholders and lift output through smarter ways of working rather than increased headcount.

The opportunity
You will take ownership of daily manufacturing performance while driving continuous improvement across people, process and workflow.

Core areas of focus:

• Leading a fabrication / made-to-order production team through a period of growth
• Embedding practical, floor-led safety behaviours
• Improving throughput, scheduling and operational efficiency
