About The Role To provide expert plant technical operational knowledge to ensure all of the RMX plants operate in the most safe, efficient and reliable manner. The ACM Manufacturing Manager is a key member of the Central Canada’s manufacturing team through the management, coordination, implementation, communication and support of the various operational performance initiatives. This position requires advanced computer skills, ideally a good working knowledge of CAD, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong familiarity with ready mix plant operation and the ability to work both in a team environment, as well as on an individual basis.
