Manufacturing Manager (Santiago de Querétaro)

Company located in Querétaro is seeking to add a Manufacturing Manager with extensive knowledge in the metal field to its team.

Lead and manage the assigned area to achieve operational excellence, meet performance targets, and ensure compliance with company standards. Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive, high‑performing team environment.

• Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with experience of 10 years
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• CNC Turning and Metal Cutting Tools experience
• Siemens & Fanuc Controls knowledge (desirable)
• Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to communicate in English and the local language
