SCOPE
All functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Divisional Manufacturing Manager. Reports to the Divisional CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline/industry.
• Business Administration Qualification (MDP/MAP/PDM)
• Diploma/Degree in Operations and Quality Management
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience working in the Manufacturing Industry

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES

• Detailed knowledge of Electrical Transmission and Distribution Systems.
• Detailed knowledge and experience of Operations and Maintenance of Distribution Transformers industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to organize, plan and monitor all aspects of the work.
