1. Resources management, to make sure the right number and skill people are allocated at all the areas (at FE SMT/Change Over/and BTC)
2. To continue to drive the process compliance to make sure we meet the quality standard like the compliance.
3. To look at the job matrix, to make sure we have enough skillful people to support all the processes.
4 To make sure the working environment is safe for the people to work.
5.To make sure the team complies with the process and the number of the inventory is correct.
6. To continue to encourage our people to improve their skill by participating in TFE and upskilling programs.
7. FE shop floor control & Andon shiftly SDWT
- Resource management tools/traceability project
- To drive Mischuck improvement/salvaging through the new dashboard system
Knowledge
1. Good knowledge in human management, demand planning and scheduling.
