Manufacturing & Milling Manager

Introduction

We are urgently recruiting a hands-on Milling & Manufacturing Manager to lead the operational efficiency of a hammer mill production plant, with a strong focus on manufacturing output, preventative maintenance, and downtime control.

• Important: The storage component is secondary — this is primarily a manufacturing + maintenance role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations (hammer mill / milling process)

• Drive plant efficiency, output, and quality standards

• Lead and manage a local production team and drive productivity

• Implement and enforce preventative maintenance routines

• Coordinate breakdown response and minimise downtime

• Identify and manage operational risks in an agricultural processing environment

• Liaise with third-party storage suppliers where required
