Job Responsibilities:

• Business Management: Align with headquarters' business management requirements and implement the annual business objectives for the Malaysian factory.
• Factory Construction: Liaise with Malaysian customs and government agencies to advance factory renovation and on-site construction.
• Production Management : Build the operational and production teams for the Malaysian factory and achieve localized production goals.
• Team Development: Establish the core local team and manage the integration and collaboration of employees across both locations.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.
