**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Structures Workplace Coach to support the Skill Enhancement Center for the 777X program in Berkeley, MO.

As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Skill Enhancement team. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving.
