**_Primary Responsibilities:_**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead the daily operation of the lifting team and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
+ Deliver team objectives in EHS, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
+ Manage lifting plans and Risk Assessments (RA), including preparation, approval, training, communication, implementation, and updates.
+ Optimize crane and lifting resource utilization to reduce waiting time and improve efficiency.
+ Take lead in EHS Framework lifting related element, drive employee safety accountabilities and promote a zero-harm working environment.
+ Ensure compliance with crane and lifting procedures, execute overall management of safety, quality, cost control, and onsite 5S.
