Operations Manager – Manufacturing (Commercial Windows & Doors)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Dixie& Derry area)

Shift: Monday–Friday (7:30am – 5pm)

Some Saturdays required during peak periods or mandatory training

Compensation: $70,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role

Our client, a commercial window and door manufacturer in Mississauga, is seeking an operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within their warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing, glazing, and curtain wall systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

This role is best suited for someone who can help coordinate and communicate with suppliers, customers, and the employees.
