The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and directing Manufacturing strategies to support achievement of NVR’s Brand Promise and focus on vertical integration across 11 manufacturing plants. This position will ensure alignment of support to Homebuilding Operations related to capacity planning, logistics, and quality assurance. The incumbent will partner with Homebuilding Operations, Architectural Services, IT, Finance, and senior Manufacturing leadership to ensure business objectives are achieved. This position will lead a team responsible for leading and influencing best practices across all Manufacturing plants.
