Manufacturing Operator

This role supports the manual assembly in PCBA production lines.
Your tasks
Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in compliance with IPC Class II standards.
Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering operations.
Conduct inspections of PCB assemblies using optical inspection systems according to established quality criteria.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
Perform rework and repair of PCB components to meet quality requirements.
Your Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
IPC Class II certification or higher (IPC-7711/7721 certification is an advantage).
Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform shift work when required...
