Manufacturing Optimization Engineer

Purpose: Responsible for driving end-to-end digital / programmable, automation (logic & coding driven), and process optimization initiatives within the System Integration Department to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and workflow performance. The role focuses on transforming manual processes into intelligent digital / programmable system (software & logic based), building real-time visibility platforms, and standardizing processes to support productivity, quality, and equipment/tooling management across SID operations
Key Area of Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes to identify optimization opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and cycle time.
Design, develop, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions, including workflow automation, data collection platforms, and KPI dashboards. with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
