This role plays a key part in the **daily management and optimization of production cycle times** for customized BOMs, ensuring accurate monitoring of manufacturing performance through MES and labor hour analysis. You will work closely with production operators and manufacturing stakeholders to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
