Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day chemical manufacturing and compounding processes
Ensure plant operations comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Monitor production metrics and equipment performance to identify improvement areas
Lead documentation and reporting of operational outputs, downtimes, and process issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, supply chain) to meet production goals
