As a crucial member of the Digital Data Networks Business Unit, you'll develop and optimize manufacturing processes following lean principles. Collaborating with both internal and external partners, your work will ensure top-tier quality and cost efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and optimize optical connector manufacturing processes • Lead DFM reviews for design feasibility and cost analysis • Prepare and qualify tools and fixtures for production • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using TEOA • Train technicians on optical termination and quality methods
