Responsibilities

• Be the process owner for manufacturing processes used to assemble high‑precision optical products, including preliminary wire bonding.
• Specify the design and lead the assembly of tools and jigs.
• Assist with developing improved tooling and tool support strategies for automated and manual manufacturing.
• Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Sustain processes with emphasis on statistical process control, maintain yields and improve yields to targets.
