Manufacturing Process Engineer (FTC 18 Months)
Job Purpose
Reporting to the P2 Manufacturing Operations Manager, the Process Development Engineer will lead new product introductions and provide technical expertise to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient Drug Product and Packaging operations within the TILGC P2 oncology facility.
How you will contribute:
New Product Introduction & Technology Transfer
Lead feasibility assessments and technology transfer for new products and packaging formats.
Conduct technical review of packaging artwork and components.
Lead process optimisation and validation activities.
Optimise equipment parameters including vision and serialisation systems.
Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure project alignment.
Contribute to CAPEX projects for equipment introduction.
