Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our VECE team as the **Manufacturing Process Specialist** . This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identify and execute savings opportunities and fostering a culture of innovation within our manufacturing sites focusing on Non-DM Productivity. The successful candidate will lead ideation sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality

+ Establish and lead productivity ideation sessions across manufacturing sites to gather innovative ideas and solutions.
+ Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
