**一、职位概述**

能熟练掌握生产夹具、工装工具的使用、维护与管理，能够对生产员工进行技术培训。具备良好的沟通协调能力，能协调相关团队对复杂夹具问题进行会诊。

可独立解决常见夹具/工装问题，并与团队一起达成安全、质量、效率及成本控制等各项指标。

**二、职位职责**

1. 组织与沟通相关人员日常工作，监控所辖区域夹具/工装的使用状态，确保支持生产有序运行。

2. 协助工程、工艺人员分析由夹具/工装导致的质量或效率问题，完成根因分析并推动改善措施落实。

3. 在生产现场突发夹具异常或资源不足情况下，能配合工程师完成临时夹具方案评估、调整或装配，保障生产需求。

4. 负责夹具的领用、回收、台账管理，以及外协/自制夹具的来料检验与库存管理，确保账物一致、状态可控。
