Manufacturing Production Director

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, logistics, product testing and shipment scheduling, and develop process control and measures;
• Develop production planning based on feedstock supply, product sales, external terminal and logistics requirement to meet customers’ loading plan;
• Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for production operations and to monitor, control and implement operating system to achieve overall target;
• Build, train, plan and optimise production team and resources to ensure smooth operation;
• Implement 6S management on the production site
• Act as the primary HSSE responsible person and take charge of safety management for processes
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Preferably in the chemical or oil and gas industry. Experience in managing medium to large‑scale operations (300 to 500).
