Description

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

1. Understand and abide by all safety/compliance standards set by the assigned area/Samtec.
2. Interpret blueprint drawings to build product to the required specifications.
3. Use all required measuring devices pertaining to the given process.
4. Meet/exceed established productivity goals set by the assigned area.
5. Learn and sustain knowledge of all potential quality issues. Work with an attention to detail to ensure all products meet quality standards.
6. Perform buddy checks to confirm team member’s work meets specifications.
7. Complete production paperwork and ITS data collection entries, per the required frequencies.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Basic use of tools to set up and change required tooling.
10. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
