/Objective:

To build the order with good quality to customers within due date and meet the working productivity target HDR≥95%, BP≥110%, no 100% batch scarp

按订单计划，按时完成生产任务，生产效率HDR≥95%,BP≥110%，0批量报废；

To keep working area 5s on good condition. 0 safety accidents

负责现场责任区的机台现场保养要求和ROCK要求，0安全事故

Perform WI and SOP step requirements and strive to improve their respective levels (Red , Yellow , Green , Orange , Black )

执行WI和SOP步骤要求，并努力提升各自的级别（红牌，黄牌，绿牌，橙牌，黑牌）Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

To work with PCL or group leaders to finish orders with good quality on time, feedback the abnormal in production in time

根据PCL或组长制定的每日生产计划表来完成当天的订单生产,及时反馈生产中出现的异常；

Perform Buddy Check and inspection of the production process, and master the operation of microscope, caliper, tape measure, etc.

执行生产前的首件检查确认，生产过程当中的自检和生产完成的检查，并熟练掌握显微镜,卡尺,卷尺等操作；

Master the debugging of the machine in current group, maintenance the machine and abnormal treatment;<...
