The Manufacturing Project Engineer is responsible for leading the launch of a new product family of machined components used in large industrial gas engines. This involves developing the manufacturing process for deployment within existing machining centers, designing, selecting and sourcing related tooling and fixturing, CNC programming, FPQ & PLQ validation, and the development of all related manufacturing documentation. This position requires hands-on technical direction, involves complex production challenges, and drives simultaneous process improvements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products in a safe manufacturing environment. The role also includes acting as a liaison/resource between the Welland, Ontario facility and the Waukesha, Wisconsin facility that will launch the same product in the near future.
