Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive solutions to customer returns
• Serve as a bridge between the business unit quality team and the Assembly Test team
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement solutions
• Lead small cross‑functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions for factory and TI challenges
• Communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums
• Interact daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside TI, and occasionally with external customers
• Act as the primary contact for Assembly Test with business unit quality teams
