The primary focus of the Manufacturing Quality Manager is ensuring that product and process controls are executed per the control plan in conjunction with the Plant’s production & engineering teams. Drive continuous improvement in his/her area of supervision. Lead non-conformance management process in the area assigned and ensure scrap costs and yield performance are attaining AOP goals. Leads 8D problem resolution process for internal and external raised concern which includes close interaction with Manufacturing Quality, Process and Production Engineers, Design Engineers as well as Supplier Quality Engineers on the problem resolution updates.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
