We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Manufacturing Manager / Section Manager (Injection Molding)
to lead, oversee, and optimize our injection molding manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of production plans, improving operational efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve the company's business objectives.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing practices and injection molding production control systems.
