Manufacturing Specialist (Quality Ops)

About our group: Seagate Technology Singapore Operations Quality & Analytics organization helps to protect and improve Seagate's Total Customer Experience Develop, deploy, and sustain End-To-End Quality Analytics and Processes to provide trusted, actionable information enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD and System issues. Drive In-Process Quality is a subgroup of OQ&A to protect HDD quality through in-process audits, Control and Monitor Material and Process parametric.
About the role - you will: Perform inprocess quality inspections by following standard procedures and work instructions. Conduct OutofBox Audit (OBA) inspections to check product quality and workmanship. Support QC activities during assigned shifts, including Backend Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) inspections and joining weekly production line Gemba walks.
