Manufacturing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Detect extra cost used in the production and come up with improvement with cost saving concept.
• Detect extra cost in the machine Bill of Material (BOM) and remove the unnecessary cost.
• Monitor current process flow and procedure and apply improvement.
• Create process flow, work instruction, and check sheet for production control.
• Implementation of other job scope assigned by company supervisor.
• Train and manage Assembly Specialist in new or existing methods.
• Learn and implement product transfer/ expansion projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent Engineering fields.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience preferred or fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
