The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervision, administration, and coordination of personnel within the machining area work team to ensure quality requirements and customer satisfaction, productivity, and any other objectives and/or goals established by the company in the department. Establishing effective leadership to guide the work team in achieving these objectives.

Requirements

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field
• English desirable
• 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor
• Experience in metal-mechanical assemblies
• Intermediate English
• Availability to rotate shifts

Knowledge

• Interpretation of mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC
• Use of measurement equipment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Problem-solving tools (PDCA, DMAIC, 5S...
