Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary:

A Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership and direction in the attainment of daily/monthly operations goals; is responsible for continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Duties and Expectations:

+ Directly lead an operations team through application of learned skills and abilities in leadership.

+ Responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including leading leaders, scheduling, staffing, training and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance and meet or exceed safety guidelines.

+ Facilitate departmental workflow to achieve optimal productivity while maintaining high standards on safety, quality, and efficiency.
